The Christian Worldview: Politics is not the solution to the miseries that exist in this sin cursed world. Yet Christians ought to vote their conscience, selecting candidates who if elected are likely to pursue and enact government policies consistent with Christian moral principles, that we may live quiet and peaceable lives.
The Bible must inform our politics. The Bible must not be viewed and interpreted through any political lens. If there is a conflict between our politics and the scriptures we must conform our politics to the scriptures, not try to twist the scriptures so that they agree with our politics.
