Learn about the Gospel of Jesus Christ from the lesson provided. Forgiveness of sins, salvation from Hell and eternal life in Heaven are offered to all who hear the Gospel. This lesson is your invitation to the Kingdom of Heaven.

A Roadmap to the Kingdom of Heaven

The holy scriptures are able to make you wise unto salvation through faith which is in Jesus Christ. Ask God for enlightenment from the Holy Scriptures before reading and studying them, if you have a sincere desire to learn. Approach the Bible not with hostility, but with a student's kind of attitude instead, even though at first you may find things written there that you dislike, find hard to believe, or do not understand.

The Gospel of Jesus Christ is explained here in a simple straightforward manner through external links to a collection of carefully selected sermons preached by godly, respected, trustworthy, and well known expert preachers. These sermons teach several essential doctrines that are components of the Gospel and other fundamentals of the Christian faith, providing biblical truths that you must know, understand, embrace, and apply to your life if you are going to seek peace with God and find favor with Him.

Topics covered are:

  • Enmity between God and humanity
  • Human nature
  • Sin
  • Hell
  • Repentance
  • The cost of salvation
  • The world
  • God's terms and conditions for salvation: unconditional surrender and submission to the Lordship of Christ
  • The sovereignty of God
  • Salvation instructions

By the grace of God, following instructions found in the Holy Bible can result in salvation of your soul from Hell and eternal life in heaven. Words that are in red or green print are usually external links, often to a topical encyclopedia that will define and explain a word, or they may be internal links to another part of this website. In either case, such links will define and explain a word or doctrine.

Meditate upon the doctrines taught from the Scriptures by the preachers of the sermons offered here, if you will. Let what they're teaching sink in. Pause and/or rewind any sermon if you hear something that you need to digest and resume listening once you've processed it.

Selected Scripture Texts From the Holy Bible  (BSB)
"All Scripture is God-breathed and is useful for instruction, for conviction, for correction, and for training in righteousness, so that the man of God may be complete, fully equipped for every good work." 2 Timothy 3:16, 17

"Above all, you must understand that no prophecy of Scripture comes from one’s own interpretation. For no such prophecy was ever brought forth by the will of man, but men spoke from God as they were carried along by the Holy Spirit." 2 Peter 1:20, 21

"In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God. He was with God in the beginning. Through Him all things were made, and without Him nothing was made that has been made. In Him was life, and that life was the light of men. The Light shines in the darkness, and the darkness has not overcome it." John 1:1-5

"The true Light, who gives light to everyone, was coming into the world. He was in the world, and though the world was made through Him, the world did not recognize Him. He came to His own, and His own did not receive Him. But to all who did receive Him, to those who believed in His name, He gave the right to become children of God—children born not of blood, nor of the desire or will of man, but born of God." John 1:9-14

"For God so loved the world that He gave His one and only Son, that everyone who believes in Him shall not perish but have eternal life." John 3:16

"Jesus answered, “I am the way and the truth and the life. No one comes to the Father except through Me." John 14:6

"After the arrest of John, Jesus went into Galilee and proclaimed the gospel of God. “The time is fulfilled,” He said, “and the kingdom of God is near. Repent and believe in the gospel!” Mark 1:14, 15

"For it is by grace you have been saved through faith, and this not from yourselves; it is the gift of God, not by works, so that no one can boast." Ephesians 2:8, 9

"Enter through the narrow gate. For wide is the gate and broad is the way that leads to destruction, and many enter through it. But small is the gate and narrow the way that leads to life, and only a few find it." Matthew 7:13, 14
